About The Position

The Lobby Lounge Busser assists the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and providing guests with stellar service. The role involves clearing and resetting tables, maintaining service stations, serving beverages and bread, and transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area. The position is part-time, as indicated by “PT” in the job title.

Requirements

Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
Ability to grasp, lift, carry, or otherwise transport up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences, including supervisors, coworkers, and the public.

Responsibilities

Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
Promptly and consistently reset all service ware.
Maintain the stock and cleanliness of stations during all meal periods, including necessary equipment such as silverware, linen, and condiments.
Serve guests beverages, bread, and butter at the beginning of their dining experience and replenish them as necessary.
Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
