About The Position

The Lobby Lounge Busperson supports outlet operations by providing friendly, professional service and helping maintain clean, organized dining and service areas. The role delivers food and beverage items, assists servers with table maintenance, and helps ensure the lobby lounge operates smoothly. The position reports to Food & Beverage Leadership and includes opening, ongoing, and closing side work. Pay is $17.52–$21.90 gross per hour.

Requirements

• Active Food Handler Certification required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a restaurant busser, food runner, or in a hospitality role preferred.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification preferred, or required based on local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Deliver food and beverage items to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, cleaning, and resetting guest areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby lounge dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house support areas.
• Monitor and replenish water service, condiments, and guest support items as needed.
• Communicate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to support smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the lobby lounge.
• Support opening, ongoing, and closing side work duties.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and departmental policies and procedures.
• Support overall outlet operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
