Bartender - Lobby Lounge

About The Position

The Bartender interacts directly with guests, takes orders, prepares cocktails, upsells, ensures guest satisfaction, and anticipates guest needs. The role requires knowledge of and effective selling and service techniques for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and any menu items offered. The Bartender maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the bar, keeps it stocked with appropriate products and supplies, and works collaboratively with management, bartenders, and service staff to deliver memorable guest experiences. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

Basic communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Prior bartending experience.
Experience with Micros or other systems.
Ability to stand and remain mobile for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds for extended periods during a shift.
Ability to push and pull food-serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis.
