About The Position

The Lobby Bartender crafts and serves beverages while providing welcoming, attentive service to guests. The role includes responsible alcohol service in accordance with liquor laws and company policies, maintaining a clean and organized bar, restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, completing opening and closing duties, handling cash and tip reporting accurately, and following sanitation and food safety standards. The position is full-time at the Hilton Charlotte Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina. The listed compensation is $12.00; actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of bartending experience.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or willingness to complete them within 60 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A friendly, energetic personality and strong professionalism.
