About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Lobby Bar Server Assistant to support dining service at its active restaurant. The Lobby Bar serves drinks, imaginative appetizers, and pastry specialties. The role assists servers in providing an expertly served dining experience and requires 1–2 years of Food & Beverage experience. Candidates should bring strong food knowledge, communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask and work independently, and a sincere commitment to service. A flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays are required. Candidates must be fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of Food & Beverage experience.
• Strong food knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic and a sense of responsibility for the role within the team.
• Fluency in English.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the server in providing an expertly served dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables according to standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the expo line.
• Deliver food to the correct tables and seat numbers, providing an accurate and appealing description of the food.
• Communicate fluidly with the restaurant chef.
