About The Position

The Assistant Food and Beverage Outlet Manager assists in overseeing all facets of The Lobby Bar, an American-style outlet, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service. The role provides leadership support and contributes to outlet operations in an elegantly appointed environment focused on attentive, distinctive guest experiences. The position is at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, a luxury resort in Central Florida.

Requirements

At least 2 years of management experience in Food & Beverage.
Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English.
Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Ensure established cultural and core standards are met, and support daily activities and planning for outlet operations.
Be visible in the operation, recognize team members, promote good public relations, and handle guest, client, and group-contact complaints, concerns, and special requests.
Describe and ensure the quality of food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, and provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits.
Assist Restaurant General Managers with controlling labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory control, and cash control.
Attend regular operational meetings to support effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
Observe the physical condition of outlet facilities and equipment and recommend corrections and improvements as needed.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and management throughout the resort.
