About The Position
The Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel is seeking an experienced, customer service-oriented Lobby Attendant to join its Housekeeping Team. The role helps create a clean, comfortable environment for hotel guests by maintaining assigned areas and following cleaning procedures. The position requires physical work and availability to work a variety of days, including weekends.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar hotel position is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail and respect for the importance of clean guest areas and supplies.
- Ability and willingness to perform physical work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents, and floors using cleaning agents and following instructions for their use.
- Dust furniture, pictures, and shelves, reaching overhead and bending or stooping as needed.
- Clean and polish metal surfaces using repeated pressure.
- Clean floors and empty trash.
- Follow attendance rules and maintain regular availability for work.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
