About The Position

Barnsley Resort is a luxury destination in the foothills of Georgia’s Blue Ridge Mountains. The Housekeeping Lobby Attendant helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby and other public areas. The role includes cleaning and restocking areas, maintaining equipment, and responding to guest requests and inquiries. The ideal candidate is friendly and outgoing, communicates effectively, pays attention to detail, and is committed to exceptional guest service. The position requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Maintain a neat and organized work area.
Report unsafe conditions immediately.
Clean the lobby, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.
Clean the pool area, exercise facilities, and vending areas.
Clean toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and countertops in public and employee restrooms.
Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor, including cross-training.
Maintain equipment and report needed repairs to maintenance.
Replenish restroom and pool supplies as needed.
Sweep, vacuum, and dispose of refuse.
Attend all mandatory meetings.
Respond to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
