About The Position

The Lobby Attendant joins the Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel Housekeeping team and helps keep the hotel clean and comfortable for guests. The role involves cleaning and maintaining public areas, following cleaning procedures and instructions for cleaning agents, and completing other related duties as assigned. The position requires physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to work a variety of days and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents, and floors using cleaning agents, reaching overhead areas as needed.
• Follow cleaning procedures and instructions for the use of cleaning agents.
• Dust furniture, pictures, and shelves, bending and stooping or reaching overhead as needed.
• Clean and polish metal surfaces using repeated pressure.
• Clean floors and empty trash.
• Follow attendance rules and maintain regular availability for work.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
