About The Position

Barnsley Resort is a luxury destination in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia. The Housekeeping Lobby Attendant helps maintain cleanliness and appearance standards in the hotel lobby and other public areas. Duties include keeping areas neat, vacuumed, and dusted; cleaning mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors; removing trash; restocking supplies; and responding to guest requests and inquiries. The role also includes cleaning the pool area, exercise facilities, vending areas, and public and employee restrooms. Requirements

Responsibilities

Maintain a neat and organized work area.
Report unsafe conditions immediately.
Clean the lobby area, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.
Clean the pool area and exercise facilities.
Clean vending areas.
Clean toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and countertops in public and employee restrooms.
Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor, including cross-training.
Maintain equipment and report needed repairs to maintenance.
Replenish restroom and pool supplies as needed.
Sweep and vacuum areas and dispose of refuse.
Attend all mandatory meetings.
Respond to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
