About The Position

The Housekeeping Lobby Attendant keeps hotel public areas clean and guest-ready, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms. The role also handles deep-cleaning projects, keeps cleaning carts and supply closets stocked and organized, assists Room Attendants as needed, and responds promptly and courteously to guest needs and safety concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in janitorial or hotel cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
• Perform deep-cleaning projects such as carpet care, floor polishing, and high-dusting.
• Keep cleaning carts and supply closets stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist Room Attendants with restocking linens, removing trash, and preparing rooms as needed.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest needs and safety concerns.
