About The Position

At OneMain, Loan Sales Specialists help customers access friendly, fast, and affordable financing by listening to their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Compensation includes an annual salary plus incentives.

The specialist supports customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations. They explain loan terms and optional insurance products, and communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and internal systems. The position is onsite in Katy and generally follows standard weekday business hours, with some extended weekday hours and possible Saturday work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer connections and maintain existing relationships throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Present tailored financing solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Maintain an achievement-oriented, goal-focused approach.
• Educate customers about optional insurance products, loan terms, and available options.
