LNA PCA Caregiver
About The Position
Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in the Amherst, New Hampshire area. The role helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes through personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship. Caregivers follow client care plans and workplace policies and communicate concerns about changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate supervisor or care coordinator. Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience in a private home, assisted living community, healthcare facility, or similar setting.
- A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow individual care instructions.
Nice To Haves
- An active New Hampshire LNA license or PCA qualification is preferred.
- Dementia care training or certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene.
- Support clients with walking, repositioning, and transfers while following safe care practices.
- Observe clients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate supervisor or care coordinator.
- Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed, respecting individual dietary requirements.
- Help keep clients’ homes clean, organized, and comfortable through light housekeeping and laundry.
- Assist with errands and other routine activities as appropriate to the client’s care plan.
- Provide friendly conversation, companionship, and reassurance.
- Follow established care plans and workplace policies to provide consistent, respectful care.
