About The Position

Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is hiring part-time and per-diem LNA/PCA caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in the Salem, New Hampshire area. Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes through person-centered assistance with daily routines. The role offers a supportive work environment and opportunities to build meaningful connections with clients.

Requirements

Previous caregiving experience in a private home, assisted living community, healthcare facility, or similar setting.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Clear communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, families, and team members.
Patient, respectful attitude and genuine interest in helping others.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow individual care instructions.

Nice To Haves

Active New Hampshire LNA license or PCA qualification.
Dementia care training or certification.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene.
Support clients with walking, repositioning, and transfers while following safe care practices.
Observe clients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate supervisor or care coordinator.
Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed, respecting individual dietary requirements.
Help maintain clean, organized, and comfortable homes through light housekeeping and laundry.
Assist with errands and other routine activities as appropriate to the client’s care plan.
Provide conversation, companionship, and reassurance.
Follow established care plans and workplace policies to provide consistent, respectful care.
