About The Position

Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in the East Derry, New Hampshire area. Requirements

Previous caregiving experience in a private home, assisted living community, healthcare facility, or similar setting.
A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Clear communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, families, and team members.
A patient, respectful attitude and a genuine interest in helping others.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow individual care instructions.

Nice To Haves

An active New Hampshire LNA license or PCA qualification is preferred.
Dementia care training or certification.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene.
Support clients with walking, repositioning, and transfers while following safe care practices.
Observe clients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate supervisor or care coordinator.
Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed, while respecting individual dietary requirements.
Help keep clients’ homes clean, organized, and comfortable through light housekeeping and laundry.
Assist with errands and other routine activities as appropriate to the client’s care plan.
Offer conversation, companionship, and reassurance to clients.
Follow established care plans and workplace policies to provide consistent, respectful care.
