Requirements

An active New Hampshire LNA license or PCA qualification is preferred.

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Clear communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, families, and team members.
Patient, respectful attitude and genuine interest in helping others.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow individual care instructions.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene.
Support clients with walking, repositioning, and transfers using safe care practices.
Observe clients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to a supervisor or care coordinator.
Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed, respecting dietary requirements.
Maintain clients’ homes through light housekeeping and laundry.
Assist with errands and routine activities as appropriate to the client’s care plan.
Provide conversation, companionship, and reassurance.
Follow established care plans and workplace policies to deliver consistent, respectful care.
