About The Position

Under direct manager, provides clerical support, generates reports, and maintains inventories of feed mill ingredients. Pilgrim’s prioritizes safety as a condition, ensuring team members' safety comes first. This role is crucial for supporting the Feed Mill Operations Team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 or more years of previous experience
  • Effective communication both orally and in writing
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good math skills
  • Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary
  • Must be organized and detail-minded
  • Must have customer service skills
  • Confidentiality a must

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SAP is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly production reporting using SAP
  • Record keeping and filing of confidential materials
  • Promotes open communication and supports a positive work environment
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Feed Mill Operations Team
  • Other duties as assigned
