About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join the Professional Liability and Business Litigation Practice. The role involves working alongside accomplished attorneys on complex business litigation and professional liability cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. The attorney will manage cases from pre-trial through post-trial, advise clients, and collaborate with senior attorneys. The position is hybrid-remote in San Diego, California.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
3+ years of experience in civil litigation or relevant legal experience.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and represent clients in business litigation cases from pre-trial to post-trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on professional liability and business litigation matters.
