About The Position

Bowman and Brooke LLP is seeking an Associate to join its Product Liability Practice Group in the Costa Mesa, California office. The firm handles high-stakes product liability and complex litigation, defending companies across industries including automotive, pharmaceutical, consumer products, and medical devices. This hybrid position offers flexibility to work remotely as well as in the office.

The Associate will take hands-on responsibility for day-to-day case development, including depositions, client engagement, collaboration with technical experts, discovery management, and drafting and arguing motions. The role also supports partners with strategic litigation planning, trial preparation, and trial execution. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California Bar or ability to become a member of the California Bar.
• At least 3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• High degree of independence and initiative.
• Desire to develop expertise across a broad range of matters and contribute to client success.
