About The Position

Trueline is hiring multiple Litigation Attorneys for teams in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas. These are critical growth and succession hires for attorneys with insurance defense and transportation litigation experience, as well as a senior construction defect attorney with substantial subject-matter experience and trial capability. The role involves independently managing an active civil litigation docket throughout Texas, taking ownership of approximately 25 or more active cases, and handling matters such as insurance defense, personal injury, commercial transportation, and construction defect, depending on experience. Attorneys develop case strategy, risk assessments, and recommendations; communicate and report regularly to clients, carriers, insureds, and assigning attorneys; and handle litigation from discovery through trial.
