About The Position

Bernstein Shur is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. The role involves representing clients in court and other legal proceedings, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing witnesses, participating in mediation and arbitration, and managing discovery. The attorney will collaborate with colleagues on case strategies and advocate for clients while upholding the firm's commitment to integrity and excellence. The position also includes participation in community service and pro bono activities. A hybrid work arrangement may be available based on business needs, with an ongoing, consistent in-office schedule required.

Requirements

Proficiency in oral advocacy.
3–5 years of litigation experience.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Ability to conduct mediation and arbitration.
Skill in witness preparation.
