About The Position
The Associate Attorney will investigate and defend first-party and third-party insurance claims, handling litigation involving personal injury, construction, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith. The role includes taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions and insurance coverage opinions, attending court hearings, representing clients in litigation proceedings, and conducting examinations under oath (EUOs). The position is 100% onsite in Denver, Colorado. Candidates must be local; relocation is not available.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active Colorado Bar license; mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience at a law firm.
- Must be a local candidate in the Denver, Colorado area; relocation is not available.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in insurance defense, personal injury, or insurance coverage litigation is preferred.
