About The Position

Kubicki Draper is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for its Jacksonville office. The role involves civil litigation work, including drafting and reviewing substantive pleadings and motions, responding to motions and discovery, and communicating with clients and team members. The associate will work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is expected to provide excellent client service. Prior experience in insurance defense, premises liability, or bodily injury is highly desired.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of civil litigation experience.
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Strong legal research and excellent writing skills.
• Strong and persuasive oral advocacy skills.
• Desire to excel and advance within the law firm.
• Highly organized, with clear and concise communication skills.
• Self-starter and goal-oriented, with a focus on long-term career goals.
• Competence and proficiency with Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
