About The Position
This is a full-time position (35 hours/week) at Otsego Middle School. The role of the Literacy Intervention Support Aide is to provide support in literacy intervention for middle school students. The position follows the Otsego Educational Support Personnel Association contract for pay rate and is set to begin with the 2026-27 School Year. The closing date for applications is August 9, 2026, at 4:00 pm. This posting is to notify employees of vacancies and may not be open to the public due to internal candidates and the bidding process.
Requirements
- Must be “highly qualified” as defined by ESSA (a minimum of 60 college credits or successfully passing the ETS Paraprofessional Test).
Nice To Haves
- A degree in education or experience working with middle school aged students in an instructional setting is preferred.
