About The Position

The Liquor Specialist is an accountable, positive, and passionate Team Member responsible for day-to-day operations in the store’s Liquor Department, which offers wines, beers, and spirits. The role focuses on growing department sales, maintaining product availability and presentation, and providing customers with a memorable experience. The specialist works at a fast pace, prioritizes safety, and handles stocking, ordering, and merchandising. The role supports the Center Store Team Leader and contributes to a clean, organized, and well-stocked department. Candidates should be friendly, customer-service oriented, self-motivated, attentive to detail, and able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Support the Center Store Team Leader with relevant tasks and assignments.
Order, rotate, and stock products in the Liquor Department.
Maintain excellent in-stock conditions and facing standards.
Merchandise and maintain abundant store displays.
Maintain safety and sanitation throughout the department.
Receive shipments and deliveries.
Keep the warehouse and work area clean and organized.
Provide memorable customer service during daily customer interactions.
Complete other tasks as assigned.
