About The Position

Liquid Painters apply liquid coatings to manufactured products in accordance with work orders, specifications, and quality standards. The position supports safety, quality, and on-time delivery while ensuring finished products meet appearance and performance expectations. The role contributes through attention to detail, consistent workmanship, and collaboration in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Apply liquid coatings to manufactured products in accordance with work orders, specifications, and quality standards.
Perform touch-ups and rework on defective or incomplete painted surfaces.
Clean painting equipment, including nozzles, containers, and hoses, to support consistent application quality.
Mix, prepare, and adjust paints to achieve required color, finish, and quality specifications.
Read, interpret, and follow work orders and work instructions.
Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after paint application to identify defects or inconsistencies and ensure adherence to company standards.
Ensure completed work meets quality expectations for appearance, coverage, and finish.
Assist in other areas of production and perform additional duties as assigned.
