Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Apply liquid coatings to manufactured products in accordance with work orders, specifications, and quality standards.
Perform touch-ups and rework on defective or incomplete painted surfaces.
Maintain painting equipment by cleaning nozzles, containers, hoses, and other components.
Mix, prepare, and adjust paints to meet required color, finish, and quality specifications.
Read, interpret, and follow work orders and work instructions.
Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after paint application to identify defects or inconsistencies and ensure compliance with company standards.
Ensure completed work meets established expectations for appearance, coverage, and finish.
Assist in other areas of production and perform additional duties as assigned.
