About The Position
White Hawk Country Club is looking for a Line/Prep Cook to join our team.
Requirements
- 1 year experience on Sauté, Grill, and/or Fryer (required)
- Knowledge in food preparation
- Positive attitude
- Professional presentation
- Eagerness to learn
- Sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to stand or walk for long periods
- Calm demeanor in stressful situations
- Must participate in tests and evaluations without notice (Skills Test Given at Interview)
Responsibilities
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
