About The Position

White Hawk Country Club is looking for a Line/Prep Cook to join our team.

Requirements

  • 1 year experience on Sauté, Grill, and/or Fryer (required)
  • Knowledge in food preparation
  • Positive attitude
  • Professional presentation
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand or walk for long periods
  • Calm demeanor in stressful situations
  • Must participate in tests and evaluations without notice (Skills Test Given at Interview)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
