About The Position

The Line Lead leads and motivates a team to achieve quality, cost, accuracy, and speed targets in a manufacturing production-line environment. The role organizes daily team activities to support smooth workflow, quality production, and timely delivery. The Line Lead also supports manufacturing process improvement, compliance, staffing, training, problem solving, and consistent standard work practices.

Requirements

• Strong leadership capability and experience.
• Strong manufacturing knowledge, including 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and technical drawing understanding.
• General computer skills, including email and Excel.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Give direction and recommend improvements to manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory, packaging, shipping and receiving, and general facility maintenance as needed.
• Project staffing needs for daily and future production.
• Monitor machinery, processes, and work layouts and recommend improvements.
• May conduct safety and training programs for the production line.
• Mentor line staff and facilitate problem solving.
• Maintain and coach standard work practices across all processes.
