About The Position

Paradies Lagardère is hiring a Line Cook for Smokewood American Grill at Northwest Arkansas National Airport. The role prepares and serves food according to recipes, production requirements, brand standards, and food-safety practices. The Line Cook helps maintain kitchen supplies and equipment, supports food ordering and planning as directed, and keeps food and work areas properly stored, dated, clean, and organized. The position offers part-time and full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

Prepare, season, cook, taste, carve, portion, and serve food according to recipes and product directions, maintaining 100% recipe adherence.
Follow the production prep list and keep accurate records.
Request supplies and equipment as needed.
Use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Wash, slice, and peel items on the prep list.
Store prepared food safely and apply date labels; monitor rotation, dating, and storage areas.
Follow brand standards for food safety, sanitation, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
Maintain excellent food-safety and sanitation practices and comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Regularly restock kitchen supplies and food items needed for service.
Assist with food-supply ordering and planning as directed by the supervisor.
Report equipment repair and maintenance needs to management.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment free of safety hazards.
