About The Position

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is hiring motivated and reliable Grill Line Cooks. The role involves setting up and tearing down the grill line, preparing and cooking food, presenting dishes, and cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen. Candidates should have a working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations, attention to detail, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to multitask and work under time constraints. Grill cook experience is a plus. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Open interviews are available Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order according to specifications.
• Follow standard grill-line recipes.
• Operate grills and fryers; sauté, broil, and bake according to cook instructions.
• Set up and tear down the food preparation workspace.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace.
• Properly store and handle food.
• Follow food-service safety and sanitation protocols throughout the kitchen.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
