About The Position
Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join its team. Grill Line Cooks are responsible for grill line setup and teardown, food preparation and cooking, food presentation, and kitchen cleaning and sanitation. The role is located at 900 Interstate Drive, Findlay, Ohio 45840. Open interviews are held Monday through Friday all day.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
- Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations.
- Comply with company cleaning standards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable work history.
- Ability to multitask and perform under time constraints.
Nice To Haves
- Grill cook experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to order according to specifications.
- Follow standard grill line recipes.
- Operate grills and fryers; sauté, broil, and bake according to cook instructions.
- Set up and tear down the food preparation workspace.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace.
- Properly store and handle food.
- Follow food service safety and sanitation protocols throughout the kitchen.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
