About The Position

The Crew Member works at Auntie Anne’s in Northwest Arkansas National Airport, preparing pretzels, drinks, and orders, serving customers, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Duties vary by shift and station assignment. This is a part-time afternoon and evening position offering 20–24 hours per week with a flexible schedule. No overnight shifts are required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Good communication skills with customers and team members.
Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate good judgment when working with customers and peers.
Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Prepare dough and other products, including lemonade and butter.
Roll, twist, dip, shape, salt, drain, and prepare specialty pretzels.
Insert, rotate, and remove pretzel trays, and monitor ovens for baking time and product color.
Prepare drinks and bag orders.
Maintain a friendly and courteous attitude toward customers and coworkers; greet customers and provide attentive service.
Operate cash registers accurately according to cash register procedures.
Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening.
Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing.
Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by the person in charge of the shift.
Follow Auntie Anne’s dress code and personal appearance standards.
Follow company policies and procedures and applicable federal and state regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
Perform essential duties safely and effectively according to Auntie Anne’s methods and guidelines.
Perform other duties as directed by the Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Manager.
