About The Position

Auntie Anne's Pretzels in Southland Mall in Taylor, Michigan, is hiring motivated, energetic team members for the holiday season. Responsibilities

Prepare dough.
Roll, twist, and bake pretzel products and variations.
Prepare drinks, including lemonade, soda, and specialty drinks.
Assemble guest orders.
Provide friendly, courteous service following the GUEST acronym: greet guests, show urgency, make eye contact, suggestively sell, and say thank you with a smile in the voice.
Work with a team to serve guests.
Operate the cash register in accordance with policy.
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed.
Frequently sanitize workstations and counter areas to maintain a clean workspace.
Wash dishes and utensils throughout the shift.
Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, dishes, and supplies at closing.
Sweep and mop floors throughout the shift and at closing.
Comply with Auntie Anne’s/V&J Foods dress code and personal appearance standards.
Perform other duties as directed by the manager in charge of the shift.
