About The Position

The Crew Member works at Auntie Anne’s in Northwest Arkansas National Airport. The role supports food preparation and service, customer interactions, cash register operation, and opening, closing, cleaning, and maintenance tasks. Depending on shift and station assignment, duties may include preparing dough and other products, making pretzels and drinks, baking and packaging orders, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This is a part-time position working afternoons and evenings for 20–24 hours per week, with a flexible schedule available and no overnight shifts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Good communication skills with customers and other team members.
Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate good judgment when working with customers and peers.
Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Prepare dough and other products, including lemonade and butter.
Roll, twist, dip, shape, salt, drain, and prepare pretzels, including specialty pretzels.
Insert, rotate, and remove pretzel trays, and monitor ovens for baking time and product color.
Prepare drinks and bag orders.
Maintain a friendly and courteous attitude toward customers and coworkers; greet customers using the stated service standards.
Accurately operate cash registers according to cash register procedures.
Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening.
Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing.
Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by the person in charge of the shift.
Comply with Auntie Anne’s dress code, personal appearance standards, policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations and safety and environmental standards.
Perform essential duties safely and effectively using Auntie Anne’s prescribed methods and guidelines.
Perform other duties as directed by the Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Manager.
