About The Position

McMenamins Oak Hills Brewpub is hiring a Line Cook. McMenamins is a family-owned company in Oregon and Washington that serves handcrafted beer, wine, cider, spirits, and coffee alongside pub fare. Line cooks handle kitchen tasks from opening through closing, including preparing and presenting hot and cold food products such as salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials, and sauté and grill items. They organize and clean their work areas. The role involves physical work, mental agility, multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Obtain and maintain a current food handler card.
• Work effectively in a busy, customer-service-oriented environment.
• Ability to handle physical work, multitask, and maintain mental agility in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle kitchen tasks from opening through closing.
