About The Position
Line Cooks, known at Chili’s as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to Chili’s recipes, keep food orders moving continuously from the kitchen, and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The role is suited to someone who takes pride in teamwork and can work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Chili’s describes itself as a casual dining restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, with a service-focused culture and a commitment to hospitality and giving back. Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
