Line Cooks, called Heart of House Team Members at Chili’s, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role prepares food by following recipe procedures, keeps orders moving from the kitchen, and contributes to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
