About The Position

Line Cooks, known at Chili's as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role prepares food according to Chili's recipe procedures, keeps orders flowing from the kitchen, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The position is available with a flexible part-time or full-time schedule.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
