About The Position

McMenamins Cedar Hills Pub is hiring a Line Cook. McMenamins is a family-owned company in Oregon and Washington that serves handcrafted beer, wine, cider, spirits, and coffee alongside pub fare. Line cooks handle kitchen tasks from opening through closing. They prepare and present hot and cold food, which may include salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials, and sauté and grill items. They organize and clean their work areas. The role involves physical work, mental agility, multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, and working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Obtain and maintain a current food handler card.
• At least 1 year of high-volume line cook experience is required.
• Ability to handle physical work and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
