About The Position

Wings ‘N More Express is hiring a part-time Line Cook at its Highway 21 location in Bryan, Texas. The role focuses on preparing fresh food to order, especially wings, while maintaining food safety, presentation, and cleanliness. The line cook also assists with deliveries and other employees and helps ensure guests have a positive restaurant experience.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Quickly scan and understand order tickets and abbreviations.
• Use good judgment to determine when wings are perfectly cooked.
• Filter and freshen fryer shortening daily.
• Practice safe cooking procedures.
• Package orders properly in their final containers and present wings attractively.
• Understand and carry out ongoing cleaning procedures for the position and shift.
• Assist in unloading delivery boxes.
• Help keep the kitchen clean throughout the shift and clean at closing.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Help ensure each guest has a positive, lasting impression of the restaurant experience.
