About The Position
Wings ‘N More is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Wings 'N More Express Highway 21 location in Bryan, Texas. The Assistant Manager supports day-to-day restaurant operations, develops team members, and helps deliver high-quality food and guest experiences. The company describes itself as growing, with plans to expand from eight locations to more than 30 over the next four years.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience managing teams in restaurants or retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and quality control.
- Dependable, solution-oriented, and guest-focused.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations, including opening and closing, inspecting deliveries, and enforcing procedures.
- Identify and develop talent to help build the management team.
- Supervise, train, and coach crew members by leading by example.

- Handle guest issues with care and restore guest satisfaction.
- Help build efficient schedules and balance labor needs.
