About The Position

The Cashier at Wings 'N More Express Highway 21 provides guest-facing service, processes orders and payments, supports beverage orders, resolves basic customer issues, and maintains cleanliness and stock in the counter and dining areas. Responsibilities

• Greet all guests.
• Handle orders and inquiries.
• Ring in sales using the POS/register system.
• Ask guests about add-on sales.
• Collect payment.
• Verify the age of guests requesting beer or wine and fill beverage orders.
• Resolve low-level customer issues efficiently and with a good attitude.
• Keep the counter clean and stocked.
• Clean tables, chairs, doors, windows, and the dining room floor.
• Maintain the front trash can, clean the exterior, and empty trash cans.
• Clean and stock the bathrooms.
