About The Position
The Cashier at Wings 'N More Express Highway 21 leads guest contact and provides customer service while processing orders and payments. The role also involves filling beverage orders, addressing basic customer issues, and maintaining clean, stocked front-of-house and dining areas.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests.
- Handle guest orders and inquiries.
- Enter all sales accurately through the POS/register system.
- Ask guests about add-on sales.
- Collect payment.
- Verify the age of guests requesting beer or wine and fill beverage orders.
- Resolve low-level customer issues efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- Keep the counter clean and stocked.
- Clean tables, chairs, doors, windows, and the dining room floor.
- Maintain the front trash can, clean the exterior, and empty trash cans.
- Clean and stock the bathrooms.
