Line Cook - Broil/Grill
About The Position
The Broil Cook is responsible for preparing Texas Roadhouse’s steaks in a high-volume restaurant. The role involves seasoning, searing, and cooking or grilling meat to the appropriate temperatures while following safety and sanitation guidelines. Cooks use equipment and prep sheets and work as part of a team. Texas Roadhouse describes itself as a people-first company focused on Legendary Food and Legendary Service. Requirements
- High-volume restaurant experience.
