About The Position

Emery Hotel, Autograph Collection in Minneapolis is seeking a seasonal holiday Line Cook to join its culinary team. The role involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision, collaborating on menu items and specials, and helping deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced kitchen. The Line Cook maintains clean and organized workstations, follows recipes and food-safety practices, and ensures food quality and presentation meet the hotel’s standards. The position requires a passion for culinary arts, composure and efficiency in a busy environment, and willingness to learn from senior chefs.

The role is offered at $20.00–$22.00 per hour. Employment is seasonal holiday work. Pre-employment drug testing and a background check are required; the employer participates in E-Verify.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
