Blue Flame Management is seeking a Line Cook for the Hilton Garden Inn-Home2 Suites North. This role offers competitive wages, flexible full-time to part-time hours, and worldwide hotel discounts. The Line Cook will be responsible for stocking stations, preparing food for service, maintaining station cleanliness, cooking menu items in coordination with the kitchen staff, and ensuring timely and high-quality food output. While primarily a PM position, assistance with the Breakfast area may be required, including inventory management and expense monitoring. Guest relations and recovery in case of complaints are also part of the role. ServSafe certification is required, with assistance provided for obtaining it if needed. Preferred qualifications include kitchen/food service and preparation experience, effective communication skills, a positive and professional demeanor, and being a team player. The position requires flexible availability for morning shifts.
