About The Position

Blue Flame Management is seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant for the Home2 Suites By Hilton North. This role is crucial for ensuring a high-quality breakfast experience for guests. The position offers competitive wages, flexible hours (full-time to part-time), and significant hotel discounts. The company manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites (a dual property location).

Requirements

Ability to manage inventory and ordering.
Ability to monitor and maintain expenses.
Guest relations and complaint resolution skills.
Ability to set up, maintain, restock, and clean up the breakfast bar.
Capability of making fast, sound decisions.
Willingness to work mornings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory by maintaining and ordering necessary supplies for a quality breakfast bar.
Monitor and maintain breakfast bar expenses.
Maintain guest relations and handle guest recovery for any complaints.
Set up the breakfast bar.
Maintain quality standards of the breakfast bar throughout breakfast hours.
Restock breakfast bar items as needed.
Complete tear-down and clean-up of the breakfast bar.
