About The Position

Blue Flame Management is seeking a motivated Evening Line Cook for the Hilton Garden Inn-Home2 Suites North location. We offer competitive wages, flexible hours (full-time to part-time), and worldwide hotel discounts. Our comprehensive training program supports individuals regardless of their experience level. The primary responsibilities include stocking stations, preparing food for service, maintaining station cleanliness, cooking menu items in coordination with the kitchen staff, and ensuring timely and high-quality food delivery. While this is primarily a PM position, you may also be asked to assist with the breakfast area, including inventory management and expense monitoring. Maintaining positive guest relations and handling guest complaints are also part of the role. ServSafe certification is required, and assistance will be provided for those not yet certified.

Responsibilities

  • Stock stations with necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service
  • Keep your station clean
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
  • Assist with the Breakfast area (maintaining and ordering inventory, monitoring and maintaining expenses)
  • Maintain guest relations and guest recovery in case of complaints
