About The Position
FALAFILL and TOPDOG, fast-casual concepts from FoodWorks Hospitality Group, are hiring opening-team employees at the Woodfield Mall dining pavilion. The roles are part of the Front of House opening team and offer the opportunity to help shape the guest experience from the beginning and grow with the company. Mall employee perks apply. Candidates may attend an open-call interview any day of the week from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Woodfield Dining Pavilion and ask for Andrea or Ana, or submit a resume by applying. Candidates are encouraged to bring a resume and a professional attitude.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality.
- Strong commitment to hospitality and guest experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Attention to detail and professionalism in service and presentation.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.
